It is an ideal location for the watersports enthusiast, with a range of beaches. Come visit our shop, Bed and Breakfast , or take a lesson with us. Our well-stocked watersports shop provides a wide range of quality equipment from various manufacturers. Lessons are available from qualified instructors in surfing, windsurfing & kitesurfing for the novice or aspiring pro! The shop is open year round, and we run lessons from April-November. Catering for ages 8 and up, we aim to get you up and going as quickly as possible. Hire of surfing & windsurfing equipment is also available. From our Chandlery "Dingle Marine & Leisure" in the Marina Centre we operate Blasket Island Ferries, Eco Tours, Angling and Yacht Charters. Blasket Island Ferries: Blasket island ferries are available from April to September on the "Peig Sayers" fast ferry leaving from Dingle Yacht Marina every 2 hours or on the traditional route from Dunquin Pier every 1/2 hour. Eco Tours: Eco Tours operate from Dunquin Pier twice daily and give you a unique opportunity to experience the Blasket Islands Group with a 2 1/2 hour guided boat trip around the Islands. Our speaker will guide you through all aspects of the Blasket Islands, from geology to history and folklore to religion. Angling: Whether you are a novice fisherman or an experienced angler, you can experience the thrills of deep-sea fishing in Dingle Bay on board our fully licensed and equipped angling boats. We offer 2 4 and 8 hour packages or private charters for groups (fishing tackle available onboard if required). Yacht Charter: For the experienced skipper why not charter our (6 berth) 35 Beneteau Oceanis yacht. Dingle Bay is a superb sailing area with many sheltered anchorages, magnificent scenery and interesting islands. Dingle Sailing Club is based at the Marina in Dingle town and runs sailing courses for children and adults from April to September. Is féidir linn cúrsaí a reachtáil trí Ghaeilge más mian. Learning to sail can be a fun and rewarding experience for all ages. The Dingle Sailing Club is a community based club that strives to provide our students with the best possible foundation in sailing basics. We've been working very hard since 1991 developing our courses in order to achieve that goal. We feel confident that you will be satisfied with the level of professionalism of our training, as well as the congenial atmosphere of fun-based learning in which it is presented. Levels 1, 2 and 3 sailing courses are ISA and Royal Yachting Association approved. The current fleet of Oppies, Toppers and Drascombe Lugger Dayboat is constantly being updated. Buoyancy aids are provided. Wetsuits are available for hire. The course sailing sessions are taught by experienced, certified instructors whose primary objective is to make sailing training fun and rewarding. A competency examination is held at the end of each course, with an ISA Certification issued to all students who pass the exam. ISA powerboat course level 2 is also available, and the range of courses is also being increased. Group courses for school students, clubs etc. are also available throughout the year. ![]() ![]()
